We hope this blog finds everyone well and embracing the new year. It seems that the holidays came and went so fast. We have lots to catch up on.
We had a very interesting family spend the night with us with two horses.
Spurs Ministries travels around the state presenting the gospel through man and horse demonstrations. We enjoyed having them.
If you are traveling with horses and have your own secure corrals, we have lots of room to set you up.
Sharing some Christmas Cheer!. A big thanks to our guests who participated in sending Christmas cards, blankets, hats and gloves to the Wounded Warriors at Walter Reed Hospital. God bless you for helping and thinking of others in need this holiday season. We also enjoyed fresh baked coffee cake, peach pie and great company too! Pretty yummy.
We also made some wreaths for around the park. They were fun to make.
Thank you for staying with us.
GIZMO'S! My sister, Kathy, sent this to me for my birthday. I wasn't sure at first exactly how this would work since I had never seen one. But let me tell you, it is a huge time saver! Instead of having to hand pick up each chestnut from the grass, you just roll this along the ground and it picks them up quick as a whistle. I love it.
